• Analyze and capture business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Develop solution concepts and optimize existing business processes
• Create and prioritize features, user stories and prototypes
• Plan and conduct workshops with internal and external stakeholders
• Work closely with IT, business units and external partners
• Develop test concepts and support functional and system testing
• Support operation of the PETRA platform and analyze incidents and bugs
• Contribute to new reporting requirements and the continuous improvement of our systems
