About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze and capture business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Develop solution concepts and optimize existing business processes
Create and prioritize features, user stories and prototypes
Plan and conduct workshops with internal and external stakeholders
Work closely with IT, business units and external partners
Develop test concepts and support functional and system testing
Support operation of the PETRA platform and analyze incidents and bugs
Contribute to new reporting requirements and the continuous improvement of our systems

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed degree or further education in Business Informatics, Computer Science or Business Administration (FH, HF or university)
At least three years of experience as a Business Engineer, Business Analyst or in a comparable role
Experience in the mortgage, banking or financial services environment is a significant advantage
Analytical thinking and the ability to present complex relationships clearly
Enjoy connecting business and IT
Very good German and English skills
Knowledge of Jira, Confluence and the MS Office suite
Experience with SQL, XML or data migrations is a plus
