About the role
- Data Analytics and Insight: Ability to gather, interpret and evaluate information and data, using a range of business tools.
- Support end-to-end procurement processes including RFP/RFI development, bid evaluation, vendor selection, and contracting.
- Problem Solving: Experience of analysing spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Maintain procurement records, dashboards, and compliance documentation.
- Supplier and Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to build and maintain constructive stakeholder relationships, demonstrating interpersonal skills.
- Proactively seeking and building continuous and meaningful engagement with the suppliers to improve value delivered from the supply chain.
- Support ongoing management of contract renewals, expirations, and amendments.
Requirements
- Experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or vendor management—ideally in FinTech, financial services, or technology.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Working knowledge of technology procurement (SaaS, cloud, APIs, infrastructure).
- Understanding of vendor risk, regulatory requirements, and compliance frameworks in financial services.
- Good communication, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Experience with procurement systems (e.g., Coupa, Ariba, Workday, Jaggaer) is desirable but not mandatory.
