About the role

  • Data Analytics and Insight: Ability to gather, interpret and evaluate information and data, using a range of business tools.
  • Support end-to-end procurement processes including RFP/RFI development, bid evaluation, vendor selection, and contracting.
  • Problem Solving: Experience of analysing spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Maintain procurement records, dashboards, and compliance documentation.
  • Supplier and Stakeholder Engagement: Ability to build and maintain constructive stakeholder relationships, demonstrating interpersonal skills.
  • Proactively seeking and building continuous and meaningful engagement with the suppliers to improve value delivered from the supply chain.
  • Support ongoing management of contract renewals, expirations, and amendments.

Requirements

  • Experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or vendor management—ideally in FinTech, financial services, or technology.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
  • Working knowledge of technology procurement (SaaS, cloud, APIs, infrastructure).
  • Understanding of vendor risk, regulatory requirements, and compliance frameworks in financial services.
  • Good communication, stakeholder engagement, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Experience with procurement systems (e.g., Coupa, Ariba, Workday, Jaggaer) is desirable but not mandatory.
