About the role
- Liaise with dealers, relationship managers, and clients to request and collect required documentation for CDD/KYC purposes.
- Ensure all client information is complete, accurate, and up to date before submission for review.
- Maintain and update client records in internal systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Track and monitor documentation requests, following up proactively to meet deadlines.
- Support periodic KYC refreshes, remediation projects, and regulatory-driven reviews.
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and consistency of client data collation.
- Act as the operational link between sales teams, onboarding, payment operations, and compliance.
- Manage and maintain CRM data quality, including pipeline hygiene, account updates, ownership alignment, and product configuration.
- Support onboarding workflows for new clients and product activations, ensuring the sales team has clear visibility of progress and outstanding requirements.
- Work with sales and relationship managers to ensure account setups, permissions, and trade profiles match client requirements.
- Produce regular MI and dashboards for sales leadership, tracking onboarding cycle times, KYC pipeline progress, revenue activation metrics, and client usage trends.
- Assist with forecasting and pipeline consolidation by validating data inputs and ensuring CRM accuracy.
Requirements
- Experience in client support, sales operations, onboarding, administrative, or operations role within financial services.
- Familiarity with CDD/KYC processes and regulatory requirements is desirable.
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with internal teams and clients.
- Proficiency with CRM or client lifecycle management systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong data-handling, reporting, and dashboarding skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Team‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable working across both commercial and operational teams.
