About the role

  • Take day-to-day ownership of our performance channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, Affiliates and more), dynamically shifting investment to ensure we are hitting targets
  • Focus on rigorous execution and optimisation of existing activity. You will identify quick wins and efficiency gains to maximise the return on our ad spend
  • Work closely with our brand, creative and content teams to drive the production of creative winners, build higher converting customer journeys and explore new formats
  • Execute structured trials and tests within existing channels and on new channels where you believe there is opportunity for growth, providing clear, data-led feedback on results and recommendations for next steps
  • Apply a sharp commercial lens to all activity, monitoring CAC, LTV, and customer quality to ensure spend is efficient and scalable.
  • Ensure accurate, timely reporting on performance, giving the business clear visibility on what is working and where we need to pivot
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand and optimise funnel optimisation from web visit / App Store view through to account opening
  • Deliver scalable growth into our existing product mix, and establish effective growth levers for new products across new and existing channels

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience
  • Proven track record of delivering results across a range of channels (Paid Social, Search, Affiliates etc)
  • Expert domain knowledge with experience of driving growth into B2C products/services
  • Data-driven and highly numerate
  • Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills and the tenacity to drive projects to completion
  • Please note: We are looking for someone who is immediately available/available to start by early March at the latest.
