Provide technical and programming (client-side web technologies; HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, HTTP protocols) consultation to systems integrators, third-party developers and internal Moneris teams
Be the subject matter expert (SME) in Moneris solutions for integrators from development to post-production for multiple projects simultaneously
Collaborate with multiple internal teams on integration projects to ensure support and delivery, this includes supporting internal teams with technical advisory on Moneris Gateway Solutions
Manage Escalations by contacting merchants and identifying critical areas and engaging several teams to facilitate issue resolution. Integration activities managing through to deployment independently or in-collaboration with senior resources.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or college diploma in computer science, or equivalent work experience
2+ years of experience in IT client consulting role, can read code and communicate with external stakeholders
1 year of programming experience is considered an asset
Knowledge of Java, .net or PHP, and restful API (Json) is a big PLUS
Strong documentation and client management skills
Excellent communication and time management skills
Must be fluent in French and English
