• Champion Mondoo's design principles in all of your work.
• Lead design on core initiatives from concept to craft across the Mondoo platform.
• Translate complex technical workflows into explainable, human experiences.
• Partner with product and engineering to incept new experiences and refine existing ones throughout the product.

Senior Product Designer

Sales Engineer

• Work closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise and support during the sales process
• Lead technical discussions and prospect solution design sessions
• Design and architect complex solutions to meet customer requirements
• Drive product demonstrations and proof-of-concepts
• Mentor junior team members
• Contribute to the development of sales strategies and product roadmaps
• Partner with sales personnel, execute MEDDPICC based sales practices, effective POV execution, and CRM hygiene
• Receive quotas and commissions against new revenue, including recurring revenue from new logos, customer expansions, and services revenue

Senior Sales Engineer

Backend Engineer

• You will have a direct impact on the Mondoo Platform including our policy engine, resources, scale, and multi-region functionality
• Help teams to assess, scope, prioritize, triage and remediate security findings
• Design and implement efficient, scalable backend services using Go
• Develop and maintain microservices-based architectures
• Create and enhance command-line interface (CLI) applications for terminal use
• Design and implement APIs using Protocol Buffers and GraphQL for efficient inter-service communication
• Participate actively in our RFC (Request for Comments) process for system design and architecture decisions
• Optimize existing codebases for improved performance and reliability
• Implement systems for load balancing, fault tolerance, and scalability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate backend services with frontend applications and CLI tools
• Develop robust error handling, logging, and monitoring solutions
• Ensure seamless user experience across backend services and CLI applications
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices and coding standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environments
• Be on call during reasonable hours on a rotating basis
• Represent Mondoo at community events as preferred

Senior Go Engineer

Technical Writer

• Own technical content creation: Write detailed, high-quality documentation, public guides, product tutorials, and technical deep dives.
• Drive product storytelling: Help explain how and why Mondoo works translating new product capabilities into content that speaks to IT security teams.
• Partner with Product and Engineering: Work closely with internal teams to stay on top of what’s shipping and how best to explain it to technical audiences.
• Support and collaborate with Marketing: Act as the bridge between technical product understanding and marketing needs, especially for more advanced, security-focused content (blogs, product pages, video scripts, etc.).
• Contribute to technical content strategy: Help shape the direction and structure of Mondoo’s technical content, not just write it. Guide Mondoo towards the most effective approach in making our users successful.
• Experiment with formats: Contribute to blog posts, video scripts, product explainers, or other content that helps customers understand and adopt Mondoo.
• Think docs, but beyond docs: While documentation is part of the job, this role goes far beyond traditional docs; you’ll shape how we tell our technical story end-to-end.

Graphics Designer

• Mondoo is building a new way to help companies keep their users and data safe from hackers.
• Senior Graphic Designer to shape the visual heartbeat of our brand and lead creation of marketing materials.
• You’ll be the key creative partner to marketing, helping craft design strategies that drive results.
• This is a high-impact role for a seasoned designer who’s excited about building a brand system as they are about detailed landing pages or product illustrations.
• Design high-impact marketing materials: assets for social media, digital ads, email campaigns, product one-pagers, landing pages, event swag, packaging, etc.
• Evolve and maintain our brand identity across touchpoints.
• Ensure brand consistency across channels, campaigns, and formats.
• Collaborate across the company with marketing, product, and sales teams.
• Lead visual planning and research to stay ahead of design trends.
• Own execution and delivery from kickoff to delivery including QA and vendor coordination.
• Present, iterate, and improve based on feedback and performance data.
