About the role

  • Responsible for leading Mondelēz’s national business with the managed service partners.
  • Focus on delivering profitable case growth, strengthening distribution, and expanding Mondelēz presence.
  • Lead national strategy, business planning, contract negotiation, trade investment management, and development of marketing programs.
  • Collaborate with distributor category management, culinary teams, and national accounts leaders.
  • Partner with field sales and broker teams for execution and resolve distribution gaps.
  • Use business intelligence to identify distribution gaps and prioritize opportunities.
  • Drive case growth and improve distribution.
  • Lead negotiation and renewal of national agreements with Managed Services partners.
  • Manage all trade investment and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum five years of experience in Away From Home Managed Services/GPOs.
  • Preferred experience in healthcare or education channel.
  • Strong understanding of pricing models and operator selling dynamics.
  • Demonstrated success leading contract negotiations, managing trade investment, and building marketing programs that deliver a triple win.
  • Advanced analytical, financial, and negotiation capabilities.
  • Strong relationship building skills and the ability to collaborate across sales, finance, supply chain, marketing, and culinary teams.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and large national customers simultaneously.
  • Travel requirements: 25-35% travel required (distributor HQ, regional divisions, business planning sessions, industry events).
