About the role

  • Create and implement the innovation/renovation strategy aligned with the brand vision
  • Work with others to determine innovation strategy and priorities
  • Execute commercial innovation plans based on identified goals
  • Manage the portfolio including brand architecture
  • Ensure cooperation and contribution from internal and external parties

Requirements

  • At least 5--7 years of experience in Marketing (with preference for food consumer and regional roles).
  • Proven experience in multifunctional leadership, branding, trade and channels knowledge.
  • Experience in product Launching / Innovation process from the idea to execution
  • Equity brand building experience and process and procedure adaptation in Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC)
  • Strong Communication and Presentation skills.
