About the role

  • Define and implement the product group's strategy and vision
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle, from ideation to retirement, ensuring continuous value and optimal financial performance
  • Serve as the senior point of contact, translating business requirements into technology solutions and managing strategic vendor partnerships
  • Champion continuous improvement and oversee the automation/digitalization roadmap for sustainability outcomes
  • Establish decision-making processes, manage budgets, ensure security compliance, and mitigate risks
  • Directly manage, coach, and mentor Product Managers, fostering a high-performance culture, and building necessary capabilities
  • Accountable for the financial performance of your Product Group, including budgetary decisions

Requirements

  • 15+ years overall experience
  • 3+ years in sustainability
  • 3+ years in product management
  • Proven experience and knowledge in specific sustainability disciplines (Climate, Packaging, Sustainability Disclosures, Ingredients, Social, and regulations)
  • Extensive experience applying product management discipline across the full product lifecycle, with a strong understanding of Agile and DevOps
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and strong collaborative management skills to influence global stakeholders
