About the role
- Develop and maintain complete knowledge of Mondelēz International products
- Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained
- Perform in-store planning by tailoring programs to customer needs
- Develop strong business relationships with store management
- Work with customers to ensure sufficient product is ordered
- Communicate plans and manage merchandising resources
- Monitor and report on competitive activity
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Valid REAL ID driver's license, U.S. passport, or federal ID
- High School Diploma or GED required; college degree highly preferred
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment
- Meet physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
- Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Madison, AL
- Ability to drive to secondary locations: Huntsville, AL
- Full schedule availability required: Monday - Friday
