About the role
- Develop and maintain a complete knowledge of Mondelēz International
- Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained
- Perform in-store planning by tailoring programs and fact-based sales presentations to the customer's needs
- Develop strong business relationships with store management
- Work with customers to ensure sufficient product is ordered
- Communicate plans and manage merchandising resources to build sales volume
- Work in conjunction with the Merchandiser to ensure inventory is fully stocked
- Monitor and report on competitive activity and document all pricing activities
- Be a collaborator between Customer Business teams and customer store management
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license
- High School Diploma or GED required; college degree highly preferred
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to meet defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
- Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Grand Junction, CO
- Ability to drive to secondary locations: Fruita, CO
- Full schedule availability required. Weekends when needed.
