About the role

  • Become one of our Sales Representatives by fulfilling the merchandising needs of grocery-related customers through stocking shelves and building displays
  • Develop and maintain a complete knowledge of Mondelēz International, primarily Nabisco products
  • Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained
  • Perform in-store planning by tailoring programs and fact-based sales presentations to the customer's needs
  • Develop strong business relationships with store management
  • Work with customers to ensure sufficient product is ordered for consumer take away
  • Communicate plans and manage merchandising resources to build sales volume
  • Monitor and report on competitive activity and document pricing activities

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
  • High School Diploma or GED required; college degree highly preferred
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to meet defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
  • Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Alpharetta, GA
  • Ability to drive to secondary locations: Cumming, GA | Buford, GA
  • Full schedule availability required: Monday - Friday
