About the role
- Lead, mentor, and develop a regional sales team of 2-3 direct reports
- Drive regional sales strategy execution for CLIF brand across MEU
- Manage sales operations ensuring operational efficiency
- Spearhead business development model and manage 3rd party sales representatives
- Develop and refine route-to-market (RTM) strategy for CLIF brand
Requirements
- Strong experience leading remote sales teams
- 7+ years of commercial business acumen
- Demonstrated expertise in partner management and negotiation
- Experience managing field sales and operations team
- Cross-functional experience in sales revenue planning, category development, and corporate account management
