About the role
- Use in-depth process and service knowledge in your area of expertise to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met.
- Drive standardization and simplification of processes.
- Provide input for training materials, ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with policies and the law.
- Analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements.
- Lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team.
Requirements
- 4-5 years experience
- Operational HR experience
- HR Generalist experience: payroll, engagement, wellbeing, training, communication, DEI
- Excel: pivot tables
- Reporting, experience in workday highly valued
- English fluent
- Portuguese fluent
- Spanish fluent
