About the role

  • Fulfill the merchandising needs of customers through communication & relationship building
  • Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays
  • Represent Mondelēz brands in front of in-store employees
  • Work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility
  • Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps
  • Order product via iPad Tablet for shelf and display
  • Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained
  • Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are being followed
  • Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager
  • Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches
  • Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Valid driver's license issued by the state of residence
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Positive and professional attitude
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Ability to drive personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage reimbursement)
  • Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
  • Meet defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
  • Occasional pushing and pulling over 50 lbs
  • Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
  • Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: San Francisco, CA
  • Open Availability including weekends and holidays as needed.
