About the role
- Fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building
- Stock store shelves and maintain or change out displays
- Become an ambassador of brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit
- Optimize visibility of products on shelves and construct promotional displays
- Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores during in-store visits
- Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display to ensure in stock conditions
- Ensure leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained
- Follow daily schedule set by merchandising manager for efficient in-store service
- Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches
- Demonstrate positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Positive and professional attitude
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to drive personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed)
- Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment
- Meet defined physical activities (lifting, bending, carrying up to 25 lbs, pushing and pulling over 50 lbs)
- Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
- Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Ogden, UT
- Schedule availability required: Wednesday - Sunday (Monday/Tuesday off)
