About the role
- Deliver against quarterly sales objectives through the execution of perfect store principles
- Record all weekly activity and key customer intel in Salesforce
- Assess viability of current store route list and provide timely feedback to supervisor for necessary adjustments
- Track store and account level KPIs
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and key customers to drive partnership
- Provide a high level of customer service and business solutions
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities, sharing insights with the team to optimize sales approaches
Requirements
- All applicants must be at least 18 years of age
- valid driver's license
- proof of auto insurance
- access to the internet
- High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred
- Previous grocery, retail, sales, and/or customer service experience is preferred
- Successful completion of drug test, MVR check, and general background check
