About the role

  • Deliver against quarterly sales objectives through the execution of perfect store principles
  • Record all weekly activity and key customer intel in Salesforce
  • Assess viability of current store route list and provide timely feedback to supervisor for necessary adjustments
  • Track store and account level KPIs
  • Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and key customers to drive partnership
  • Provide a high level of customer service and business solutions
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities, sharing insights with the team to optimize sales approaches

Requirements

  • All applicants must be at least 18 years of age
  • valid driver's license
  • proof of auto insurance

  • High School Diploma or GED required; College degree preferred
  • Previous grocery, retail, sales, and/or customer service experience is preferred
  • Successful completion of drug test, MVR check, and general background check
