About the role
- Support the IL6S program development and implementation at Mondelez Supply Chain
- Execute IL6S Operational Excellence Roadmap in partnership with Senior Leadership team
- Lead Manufacturing loss analyses for sponsored initiatives
- Train/mentor region resources on initiatives to improve Revenue, product margin, cash-flow and growth improvement
- Build capability through training, coaching, performance evaluations, and talent acquisition
- Drive Asset Reliability improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Materials)
- 8+ years experience in production environment required
- TPM experience is a must
- 8+ years in development and implementation of industrial management systems focused on loss reduction by applying TPM and high performance organizations
