About the role
- Support the delivery of daily administrative operations for the Imaging Department
- Support the administration team and assist the Site Administration Supervisor
- Foster open, effective communication with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Demonstrated leadership experience, including staff performance management, within a medium to large team
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong knowledge of information systems, including MS Office and specialised or in-house applications
- Proven flexibility and adaptability in changing environments
- A strong team-oriented approach
- Willingness to learn, share knowledge, and support team development
- Previous experience in an imaging or healthcare environment (highly desirable)
