About the role

  • Support the delivery of daily administrative operations for the Imaging Department
  • Support the administration team and assist the Site Administration Supervisor

Requirements

  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including staff performance management, within a medium to large team
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of information systems, including MS Office and specialised or in-house applications
  • Proven flexibility and adaptability in changing environments
  • A strong team-oriented approach
  • Willingness to learn, share knowledge, and support team development
  • Previous experience in an imaging or healthcare environment (highly desirable)
