About the role

  • Provide high-level administrative and organisational support to the Operations Director and Director of Nursing for MMC and Operations Manager Emergency and Intensive Care
  • Coordinate day-to-day operations
  • Assist with managing priorities across MMC site
  • Prepare documentation and reports
  • Support communication between internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare executive level presentations, reports and documents
  • Coordination of feedback and responses
  • Extensive Diary Management
  • Coordinate meetings including venue bookings, preparing agendas and minutes
  • Draft communications, completion of projects and maintaining data as required
  • Provide efficient and effective administrative support and office management
  • Participate in Zone Warden roster
  • Collaborate with the MMC Site Laision role

Requirements

  • Previous experience working as an Executive, Personal or administrative assistant at Executive level
  • Extensive administrative experience in a healthcare setting is highly desirable but similar experience in other industries will be considered
  • Advanced knowledge in computer software applications (M365, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent customer service skills and a high standard of both written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to use initiative and perform tasks independently and be able to work effectively and harmoniously as part of a team
  • Good organisational skills and be comfortable prioritising and meeting multiple demands
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of hospital administrative processes and hospital systems (UKG, Oracle, BEIMS, Riskman, E-Hub) is desirable
