About the role
- Provide high-level administrative and organisational support to the Operations Director and Director of Nursing for MMC and Operations Manager Emergency and Intensive Care
- Coordinate day-to-day operations
- Assist with managing priorities across MMC site
- Prepare documentation and reports
- Support communication between internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare executive level presentations, reports and documents
- Coordination of feedback and responses
- Extensive Diary Management
- Coordinate meetings including venue bookings, preparing agendas and minutes
- Draft communications, completion of projects and maintaining data as required
- Provide efficient and effective administrative support and office management
- Participate in Zone Warden roster
- Collaborate with the MMC Site Laision role
Requirements
- Previous experience working as an Executive, Personal or administrative assistant at Executive level
- Extensive administrative experience in a healthcare setting is highly desirable but similar experience in other industries will be considered
- Advanced knowledge in computer software applications (M365, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent customer service skills and a high standard of both written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to use initiative and perform tasks independently and be able to work effectively and harmoniously as part of a team
- Good organisational skills and be comfortable prioritising and meeting multiple demands
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good working knowledge of hospital administrative processes and hospital systems (UKG, Oracle, BEIMS, Riskman, E-Hub) is desirable
