Design, test, and optimize high-impact prompts across evolving LLM models (OpenAI + others)
Build and maintain Python-based libraries supporting AI/ML solutions
Partner with SMEs and business leaders to translate real-world problems into AI-driven solutions
Continuously refine prompt performance through benchmarking, testing, and iteration
Monitor and improve model performance, scalability, and reliability
Contribute to enterprise-grade AI systems focused on resiliency, observability, and performance

Requirements

5+ years of experience in Python development (production-level)
Hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering + LLMs (OpenAI or similar)
Strong understanding of: Object-oriented design
Scalable system architecture
Observability, performance, and resiliency
Experience working in Agile environments
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
