• Build & Architect Design and deliver scalable APIs, microservices, and integration pipelines
• Develop cloud-native solutions in Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, Entra ID, API Management)
• Lead architecture for event-driven and distributed systems
• Drive AI & MLOps Innovation Implement AI/ML-enabled services and automation workflows
• Build and scale MLOps pipelines (Azure ML, MLflow, Databricks)
• Develop PoCs and bring emerging technologies into production
• Guide and mentor engineers while remaining hands-on in code and design
• Act as the escalation point for complex technical challenges
• Foster a culture of ownership, innovation, and engineering excellence
• Build systems aligned with HIPAA, PHI/PII protection, and healthcare standards
• Implement interoperability frameworks such as FHIR, HL7, and EDI
