About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute and support bi-weekly payroll processing with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
Manage reconciliation, auditing, and proofing of payroll data (gross-to-net)
Partner with Legal, Finance, and external agencies to ensure regulatory compliance
Handle payroll tax, garnishments, and time & labor regulations
Serve as a key point of contact for complex payroll inquiries and issue resolution
Support process improvements, documentation, and HRIS/system updates

Requirements

What you’ll need

4–7+ years of payroll experience in a fast-paced environment
Strong expertise in payroll tax, garnishments, and compliance requirements
Experience with Workday (strongly preferred)
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
Highly detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines
