About the role

  • Active sales and acquisition of new B2B customers in the IT, system integration and digital solutions space
  • Identification and outreach to decision-makers at management and IT leadership levels
  • Development of a standardized, scalable sales process
  • Design of acquisition initiatives in collaboration with executive management
  • Implementation and maintenance of a CRM-based sales funnel
  • Preparing for the build-out of small sales teams — nationally and, in the future, internationally

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in technology, integration, SaaS, or IT project environments
  • Basic understanding of SAP, system integration, or digital ecosystems
  • Strong builder and hunter mentality
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, high personal responsibility, and clear communication
  • Confident presence at executive level
  • German (CH) very good; English fluent
