About the role
- Active sales and acquisition of new B2B customers in the IT, system integration and digital solutions space
- Identification and outreach to decision-makers at management and IT leadership levels
- Development of a standardized, scalable sales process
- Design of acquisition initiatives in collaboration with executive management
- Implementation and maintenance of a CRM-based sales funnel
- Preparing for the build-out of small sales teams — nationally and, in the future, internationally
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in technology, integration, SaaS, or IT project environments
- Basic understanding of SAP, system integration, or digital ecosystems
- Strong builder and hunter mentality
- Entrepreneurial mindset, high personal responsibility, and clear communication
- Confident presence at executive level
- German (CH) very good; English fluent
