General Counsel

• The Monad Foundation is searching for an Associate General Counsel to join the growing legal team supporting Monad, a performant EVM Layer-1 blockchain
• Provide comprehensive legal support across BD, ecosystem, growth, engineering, finance, and operations
• Draft, negotiate, and manage collaboration agreements, grant agreements, services agreements, SaaS agreements, sponsorship agreements, confidentiality arrangements, and more
• Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with transactions, operations, and strategic initiatives
• Advise and implement policy on cutting-edge regulatory matters impacting the Foundation in crypto, web3, and fintech
• Serve as a utility player for transactional work, employee matters, and intercompany matters
• Help develop operational processes and tools to enable quick execution while mitigating risk and maintaining compliance
