About the role
- Inform, advise, and support Monaco Digital and its clients on the protection of personal data
- Perform compliance assessments
- Develop and monitor action plans
- Maintain up-to-date compliance registers
- Draft procedures and privacy notices
- Conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs)
- Assist and advise clients in their compliance processes
- Help colleagues adopt and understand data protection practices
Requirements
- Advanced degree in law with a focus on new technologies
- Minimum 4 years' experience in personal data protection
- Deep knowledge of the GDPR, the LIL, and Monegasque data protection regulations
- DPO (Data Protection Officer) certification is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
