About the role

  • Inform, advise, and support Monaco Digital and its clients on the protection of personal data
  • Perform compliance assessments
  • Develop and monitor action plans
  • Maintain up-to-date compliance registers
  • Draft procedures and privacy notices
  • Conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs)
  • Assist and advise clients in their compliance processes
  • Help colleagues adopt and understand data protection practices

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in law with a focus on new technologies
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in personal data protection
  • Deep knowledge of the GDPR, the LIL, and Monegasque data protection regulations
  • DPO (Data Protection Officer) certification is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
