About the role
- Take ownership of and handle user requests and incidents (Levels 0 and 1)
- Assist users and remotely access workstations
- Escalate to technicians and/or appropriate teams when necessary
- Produce intervention reports and update request/ticket tracking
- Manage passwords and first-level user accounts
- Write technical specifications
- Maintain documentation based on actions performed
- Prepare and deploy workstations and various IT equipment
- Configure printers
- Manage antivirus solutions
Requirements
- Higher education in Computer Science, Systems & Networks, or Networks and Telecommunications
- Proven initial experience in a similar role
- Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft environments
- Skills in virtualization and backup solutions
