About the role
- Build powerful web applications using NodeJS and ReactJS.
- Contribute to technical architecture design for our new products and enhancements to current products.
- Collaborate closely with other software engineers, product managers, and designers.
- Help other engineers on the team via mentorship, code pairs and code reviews.
- Hustle - plain and simple.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building applications on a modern web technology stack.
- A strong technical background anchored around modern backend web development, we use NodeJS here, but other languages such as Express, Django, Flask, Spring, Play, etc. are also welcome.
- Proficiency with modern frontend web technologies—a big plus for ES6+, React, and Redux.
- Well-versed with relational database technologies.
- Hands-on experience with public cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP), including serverless application model.
- Decent communication English skills to collaborate with global members.
- **Nice-to-haves**
- Experience with building in-app predictive analytics experiences.
- Experience with migration to microservices (and the pains that come with it).
- Passion for open-source community and contributions.
- Domain expertise in the ad-tech industry and/or F&B technology.
