- Conduct highly qualified sales conversations (Zoom/phone) with warm, pre-qualified leads in both B2C and B2B segments
- Identify prospects’ needs immediately and guide them to a clear purchasing decision
- Leverage AI-powered tools, sales playbooks and CRM systems to boost closing rates
- Record activities and KPIs transparently and accurately
- Drive personal growth through daily sales missions, challenges and one-on-one coaching to become a top performer
Requirements
- Initial sales experience or exceptional talent for confidently guiding people in conversations and driving decisions
- Ability to work independently with an entrepreneurial mindset and uncompromising performance standards
- Discipline and receptiveness to feedback for rapid implementation and growth
