• Travel within North America and potential Global travel required.
• Build relations with R&D and Purchasing group.
• Develop business strategy and work towards value-added specialty projects in R&D.
• Align and support activities of Momentive Commercial and Marketing specialists.
• Create a vision for the Strategic account team that will drive providing a "Seamless Customer Interface".
• Maintain a cohesive multifunctional global team motivated by success.
