About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Technical responsibility for market development of agriculture portfolio
- Drive demand generation among current and prospective customers through field visits, product demonstrations, training sessions, presentations, and participation in industry fairs and events
- Support the sales team with customer complaints, product positioning, and promotional communications
- Coordinate activities of the experimental station, field marketing technician, trainees, and temporary marketing contractors
- Connect market needs and trends with the Technology department through new product concepts
- Execute new product introduction plan
- Develop NPI testing protocols and establish performance benchmarks
- Create protocols of field demo trials for the commercial portfolio for new applications
- Execute the NPI development funnel at field and laboratory before the launch to generate performance data, positioning, and value proposition
- Monitor market trends related to products with the same application and positioning, prices, communication strategies, and market access of the most important players
- Identify and assess market potential, including segmentation and niche opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's or Engineering degree in Chemistry, Agronomy or related areas
- 5 years of experience
- Intermediate level in English
- Intermediate level in Spanish
- Knowledge of chemistry and phytotechnics (preferred)
- Knowledge of application technology (preferred)
- Knowledge of Agricultural inputs formulations (preferred)
- Experience with adjuvants (preferred)
