• Lead the development of new and/or modified packaging solutions for Industrial sector: Appliance, HVAC, Furniture and related segments.
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and manufacturing teams to bring innovative packaging products to market.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape in the related industries for segment.
• Translate market insights into actionable strategies for product development and positioning.
• Work closely with clients in the Industrial sectors to understand their packaging requirements and challenges.
• Develop strong relationships with key clients and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Define and implement a comprehensive product strategy for the Appliance, HVAC, and related segments.
• Identify opportunities for product differentiation and value-added features.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless product launches and ongoing support.
• Provide technical expertise and support to sales efforts.
• Establish and maintain quality control measures to ensure the reliability and performance of packaging solutions.
• Conduct regular assessments and implement improvements as needed.
• Monitor and analyze competitor products and market trends to stay ahead in the Industrial packaging segment.
• Make recommendations for maintaining a competitive edge.
