About the role

  • We are in the process of staffing a Virtual Assistant where a client needs someone to handle the following responsibilities. Follow @momtovirtualassistant for updates. Manage and schedule social media content as well as planning content ideas (Instagram, Facebook, potential YouTube + podcast) Assist with email marketing campaigns (MailerLite or similar) Research and reach out to potential clients, collaborators, or podcasts Help with lead generation (engage in communities, following up with leads) Assist with light admin tasks (organize files, track metrics, update CRM / spreadsheets) Brainstorm creative marketing ideas and ways to grow visibility

Requirements

  • Strong written communication skills (comfortable writing captions, emails, or messages in my voice) Familiar with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) Organized, proactive, and comfortable with self-management Experience in marketing, client outreach, or admin support (preferred but not required) Interest in health, wellness, or coaching industries is a plus! 5 hours per week with potential to grow EST or CST (must have overlap of EST) $265 per month
