About the role

Responsible for Mollie Dashboard and Mollie App, identifying opportunities for new user-facing features
Re-envision the Dashboard and App to promote a smoother merchant experience with strong emphasis on design
Drive monthly active users and convert audience to try other Mollie products and services (upsell)
Talk to customers and quickly steer and ship products based on insights
Drive the vision and execution for Dashboard and App products
Lead an entrepreneurial cross-functional team with a strong focus on Engineering, bringing structure and planning
Articulate strategy, roadmap, portfolio performance, key performance drivers, and action plans to steer outcomes
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and adapt communication to different audiences
Contribute to the development of the broader product management craft at Mollie

Experience with customer-facing products with a strong UI / UX component
Eye for details and obsession for crafting beautiful and high performing products
Creativity, resourcefulness, and ability to generate high-ROI ideas
Strong business and data acumen and customer empathy
Proven ability to set product direction and execute on it with excellence
Experience in product go-to-market / product marketing strategies
Use of data to understand performance and steer decisions
Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to adapt to different audiences (executive, engineering, marketing, compliance)
Ability to collaborate with engineering, design, data, operations, and commercial teams
Entrepreneurial mindset and role-model leadership in product management
Right to work without visa sponsorship (visa and relocation support is not offered)
Comfortable working in a hybrid arrangement and attending the Lisbon office once or twice per week
