About the role

  • Responsible for the solution from discovery through implementation
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery cycle and governance
  • Control estimates/budget and coordinate vendors
  • Align stakeholders and drive decision-making
  • Monitor adoption/performance and promote improvements

Requirements

  • Solid experience working as a consultant in Supply Chain
  • Clear, didactic communication and the ability to synthesize information
  • Resilience, organization, and conflict-management skills
  • Proactive, organized, team-oriented profile with strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience in Business Partnering
  • Knowledge of the business, commercial and marketing processes to propose value-generating solutions
  • Focus on generating business value
  • Experience serving as a bridge between business areas and technical teams
  • Experience delivering projects (scope, schedule, quality, risk)
  • Stakeholder management and governance
  • Experience with Agile working methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Financial and vendor management
  • Data-driven approach and continuous improvement mindset
  • Language: Required: Advanced conversational English due to interaction with teams abroad (India, Italy and the USA).
