About the role

  • Lead the full Recruitment & Selection (R&S) process, from talent identification through to the completion of hires
  • Explore new sourcing channels, perform strategic hunting, and advertise vacancies on the most appropriate platforms
  • Collaborate with leadership to understand team activities and processes, optimizing profile mapping and candidate selection
  • Ensure R&S processes are carried out within predefined SLAs and performance indicators
  • Propose and implement Inbound Recruiting initiatives, creating actions and campaigns to attract more talent
  • Monitor market trends to identify best practices for talent attraction
  • Participate in strategic alignment meetings with internal teams to ensure understanding of needs and expected deliverables
  • Attend weekly meetings to update the status of the roles under your responsibility
  • Keep the ATS constantly updated with information on ongoing selection processes
  • Perform other routine duties within the area.

Requirements

  • Required experience as a Tech Recruiter
  • Strong command of Boolean search techniques
  • Experience recruiting for the Technology sector
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and talent management platforms
  • Experience conducting technical and behavioral interviews for IT positions
  • Technical or university degree in fields such as Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related areas
  • Differentials: Advanced conversational English; knowledge of tools such as Canva, advanced Excel, and metrics platforms; experience managing SLAs and strategic prioritization.
