About the role
- Guide the implementation/configuration of a specific module, focusing on using the module’s standard architecture; in this capacity you may work with agile development teams, support/maintenance teams, or product design teams.
- Ensure that vendor-recommended best practices are followed in the development/implementation of the module of expertise, reducing the risk of unnecessary customizations and improving efficiency.
- Ensure that solutions delivered by agile teams or support teams for the modules of expertise have the appropriate automated tests developed and functioning.
- Monitor the evolution roadmap of the modules of expertise and develop a plan for adopting new features.
- Validate the functionalities of the modules of expertise and the solutions built on those modules during platform version upgrades.
- Assess requirements that would require customizing module functionality, propose solutions that meet the requirement with the minimum necessary customization, and when recommending against customization, provide justification outlining the identified impacts.
- Be an expert in Event Management.
Requirements
- Higher education degree in progress in Information Technology.
- Professional experience with the ServiceNow platform.
- Hold the following official vendor certification: (CSA) Certified System Administrator.
- Have completed, within the official ServiceNow training path, the following training: (CIS) Certified Implementation Specialist - Event Management.
- Note: If a candidate is close to completing their degree (expected graduation in December), an exception regarding the higher education requirement may be possible.
