About the role

  • Guide the implementation/configuration of a specific module, with a focus on using the module's standard architecture;
  • Ensure vendor-recommended best practices are applied in the development/deployment of the module;
  • Ensure that solutions delivered by agile teams or the support team have the appropriate automated tests built and functioning;
  • Monitor the roadmap for the modules of which they are specialists and develop a plan to adopt new features;
  • Validate module functionalities and the solutions delivered on top of those modules;
  • Assess requirements that require customization and propose solutions that meet the requirement with minimal customization;
  • Act as an App Engine specialist.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a postgraduate degree in Information Technology;
  • Solid professional experience on the ServiceNow platform;
  • Knowledge and experience with App Engine;
  • Certifications: CSA – Certified System Administrator;
  • CAD – Certified Application Developer;
  • If the candidate is close to completing their degree (expected graduation in December), an exception to the higher-education requirement may be considered.
