Requirements

  • Proven experience in Oracle EBS implementation projects, applying Change Management, training, and communication practices;
  • Experience creating training plans and developing content aligned with organizational needs;
  • Experience developing media plans and content for overall project communications;
  • Align change management with the company's objectives and culture;
  • Identify impacted stakeholders and how roles and responsibilities will be affected by processes and systems;
  • Ability to establish clear, jargon-free communication using a positive approach;
  • Bachelor's degree required;
  • Language: Basic English.
