Project Manager

• Lead implementations of the Molecule product for new customers that
• deliver on customer goals and project timelines
• Understand why customers use Molecule, how customers can model their
• business in Molecule, and how the implementation process ensures that
• customers get the most value from Molecule
• Build, refine and maintain a project plan within our project management
• system
• Plan and lead customer meetings that effectively move the project forward
• Navigate the Molecule organization and bring appropriate cross-functional
• resources to assist with specific stages of the implementation
• Keep internal and customer team members aligned on status and timelines
• through meetings, email communications, and managing the project plan
• Ensure that scheduling, communication and documentation are all looked
• after diligently to ensure a smooth, low stress and high quality process
• Report on project status to leadership team and PMO; adjust time and
• attention dynamically to address any projects that need extra support
• Work with other Project Managers and leaders to develop, share and
• implement best practices for project management across all Molecule
• teams and customers

Implementation Specialist

• Configure the E/CTRM platform according to client requirements and project scope.
• Carry out system setup, user management, and workflow configuration.
• Write and maintain SQL queries and scripts for data validation, transformation, and reporting.
• Provide training of how to use the system to customers as part of onboarding.
• Support in translating business needs into technical configurations and solution designs.
• Identify gaps and propose effective workarounds or enhancements.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Run workshops, training sessions, and walkthroughs with client teams.
• Collaborate with internal product, support, and engineering teams to resolve issues.
• Manage and track tickets, ensuring timely resolution of issues during implementation.
• Contribute to testing (UAT, functional, and integration testing).
• Support post go-live activities including hypercare and handover to support teams.

Business Development Rep

• At the front line of sales—identifying, engaging, and qualifying new leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
• Execute outbound business development via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate qualified leads.
• Research and identify potential prospects within target segments.
• Articulate Molecule's value proposition to senior decision-makers.
• Manage and maintain accurate prospect data and activities in HubSpot CRM.
• Work with the EU Sales Director to define target accounts and outreach strategies.
• Partner with marketing to align campaigns and provide market feedback.
• Schedule discovery meetings and demos; meet activity targets and stay informed on industry trends.
