Customer Success Manager

• 1st Level Support: You are the first point of contact for our existing customers.
• Hands-on on the platform: Do customers need an adjustment to the chatbot or a change in settings? You implement these tasks directly in our software and make sure everything works.
• Bug Reporting & QA: If something malfunctions, you take a close look. You reproduce issues, document them clearly as bug reports for our engineering team, and test the fix once it is ready.
• Onboarding Support: You assist with the technical setup of new customer accounts, maintain master data, and help get chatbots ready for launch.
• Help Center & Documentation: Do you notice a question appearing repeatedly? You create short guides or update our help articles so customers can help themselves.
• All-rounder in the team: You support the CS team in day-to-day operations with administrative tasks, research, or data analyses—wherever help is needed.
• Teamwork: You work closely with our Customer Success Managers and with the product, marketing, and sales teams—wherever you can add value.
