About the role
- 1st Level Support: You are the first point of contact for our existing customers.
- Hands-on on the platform: Do customers need an adjustment to the chatbot or a change in settings? You implement these tasks directly in our software and make sure everything works.
- Bug Reporting & QA: If something malfunctions, you take a close look. You reproduce issues, document them clearly as bug reports for our engineering team, and test the fix once it is ready.
- Onboarding Support: You assist with the technical setup of new customer accounts, maintain master data, and help get chatbots ready for launch.
- Help Center & Documentation: Do you notice a question appearing repeatedly? You create short guides or update our help articles so customers can help themselves.
- All-rounder in the team: You support the CS team in day-to-day operations with administrative tasks, research, or data analyses—wherever help is needed.
- Teamwork: You work closely with our Customer Success Managers and with the product, marketing, and sales teams—wherever you can add value.
Requirements
- You are enrolled in a university program in business administration (BWL), media or communications management, or a comparable field of study.
- You do not need to be able to program, but you are not afraid of new software.
- You enjoy clicking through menus, understand logical relationships, and figure out why a setting is not doing what it should.
- You are comfortable interacting directly with people and are keen to support customers.
- You work reliably, think proactively, and approach tasks in a structured manner—whether it's analyses, note-taking, or follow-ups.
- You have a good eye for clear communication, clean structure, and tidy documentation.
- You are eager to get to know a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product and learn new things quickly.
- Initiative, a service-oriented mentality, and a sense of responsibility come naturally to you.
