About the role
- Point of contact for all personnel-related questions.
- Advising and supporting managers on employment-law measures.
- Tasks in HR administration, supporting contract amendments and employment references.
- Optimizing processes and contributing to various projects, e.g., SAP SuccessFactors.
- Preparing regular reports and analyses.
- Close collaboration with HR teams such as Payroll & Time, Development, Recruiting and HR Business Partners.
- Administration of MOIA benefits.
Requirements
- Degree in economics/business administration with a focus on HR or an equivalent qualification.
- Initial professional experience in operational HR.
- Independent and structured way of working.
- Strong communication skills and tact.
- Enjoyment of teamwork and a hands-on mentality.
- Confident user of MS Office (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
