• Support the HR Training Academy team with administrative tasks.
• Coordinate assignments during the training of safety drivers.
• Conduct selection events for new safety drivers together with the recruiting team.
• Support onboarding at depots and continuously refine the onboarding concept.
• Develop training concepts for safety drivers and contribute to the further development of existing programs.
• Create digital training materials and presentations for stakeholders.
• Contribute creatively to a variety of projects and topics.

• You monitor our vehicles and service area from our control center to ensure high vehicle availability
• You staff the Driver Hotline and handle issues raised by our employees/drivers or forward them to the appropriate contacts
• You are the first point of contact for drivers with questions about the digital product as well as vehicles and charging infrastructure
• You support exciting small projects
