Customer Support

• Ansprechpartner*in für unsere Kund*innen und individuelle Anfragen beantworten, vorwiegend per E-Mail
• Unterstützung des Teams am Hamburger ZOB an einem Tag der Woche vor Ort bei der Bearbeitung des Arbeitsbereichs 'Freifahrt-Status'
• Schnittstelle zwischen den spezifischen Anliegen der Kund*innen und den entsprechenden Fachbereichen
• Unterstützung des Kundenservice im Tagesgeschäft und Einblicke in die operative Arbeit in diesem Bereich
• Eigene Ideen einbringen, wie der Kundenservice verbessert werden kann

Werkstudent, Customer Service

Human Resources

• Support in the preparation, follow-up and organization of employee development measures (onboardings, workshops, trainings)
• Support in the preparation, execution and follow-up of employee surveys
• Administration and master data maintenance of the online training tool
• Independent research tasks, targeted preparation of training materials and support with administrative duties
• Collaboration with the team on projects related to employee development

Working Student – HR Development & Training

Recruitment

• Provide operational support in recruiting security drivers for MOIA vehicles
• Advise managers and departments on aligning requirement profiles and drafting job descriptions
• Responsible for organizing and conducting selection processes and recruitment events
• Support with all administrative tasks in the recruiting process
• Independently manage various projects within the recruiting team and the HR department
