About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Point of contact for employees at all locations for all IT-related matters.
Support for the introduction of new IT technologies, participation in projects, and assistance with rollouts.
Handling incidents, change requests, and service requests via email, ticketing system, phone and on-site.
Support for employee onboarding and offboarding.
Administration and further development of the Microsoft 365 environment.
Analysis and resolution of hardware, software, and network issues.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in (business) computer science or vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration, or equivalent qualification.
Practical experience as a system administrator or helpdesk agent.
Confident working knowledge of the Microsoft environment.
Very good German and good English language skills.
Experience with mobile device management solutions such as Microsoft Intune is an advantage.
Independent working style, strong communication skills, and a pronounced service orientation.
