Junior IT Operations Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Point of contact for employees at all locations for all IT-related matters.
- Support for the introduction of new IT technologies, participation in projects, and assistance with rollouts.
- Handling incidents, change requests, and service requests via email, ticketing system, phone and on-site.
- Support for employee onboarding and offboarding.
- Administration and further development of the Microsoft 365 environment.
- Analysis and resolution of hardware, software, and network issues.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in (business) computer science or vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration, or equivalent qualification.
- Practical experience as a system administrator or helpdesk agent.
- Confident working knowledge of the Microsoft environment.
- Very good German and good English language skills.
- Experience with mobile device management solutions such as Microsoft Intune is an advantage.
- Independent working style, strong communication skills, and a pronounced service orientation.
