About the role
- Active participation in projects and support in designing, optimizing, and implementing operational processes.
- Analysis of operational data and derivation of measures to achieve targets.
- Responsibility for structuring and documenting new and existing workflows.
- Preparation of presentations and development of content for various stakeholders.
Requirements
- Completed degree (e.g., Business Administration, Mobility Management) or a commercial apprenticeship with relevant professional experience.
- Reliable self-organization and strong project and time management skills.
- Resilience in dynamic situations and a pragmatic mindset focused on quality and progress.
- Strong communication skills and confident interaction with a variety of stakeholders.
- Team player with the assertiveness to drive tangible progress.
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken, and confident use of common MS Office tools.
