About the role
- You monitor our vehicles and service area from our control center to ensure high vehicle availability
- You staff the Driver Hotline and handle issues raised by our employees/drivers or forward them to the appropriate contacts
- You are the first point of contact for drivers with questions about the digital product as well as vehicles and charging infrastructure
- You support exciting small projects
Requirements
- You monitor our vehicles and service area from our control center to ensure high vehicle availability
- You staff the Driver Hotline and handle issues raised by our employees/drivers or forward them to the appropriate contacts
- You are the first point of contact for drivers with questions about the digital product as well as vehicles and charging infrastructure
- You support exciting small projects
- Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in customer support, a call center, telephony or a comparable area
- You enjoy talking on the phone and handling emails
- You remain calm even in hectic situations
- You have good communication skills and enjoy competent, versatile problem solving
- You are characterized by an accurate, detail-oriented way of working
- You are comfortable using a PC
- You have good German language skills, both written and spoken
- You are willing to work shifts: Mon–Sun, early, late and night shifts, including public holidays
