About the role
- Provide leadership and direction to the Technical Services team.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve manufacturing efficiency.
- Ensure that all manufacturing processes meet quality standards.
- Implement and maintain quality management systems.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on manufacturing processes.
- Collaborate with R&D and Engineering teams to introduce new products.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
- 8-10 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3-5 years of management experience.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite products.
