About the role
- Serve as primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Pursue major account prospect opportunities regionally, nationally, and/or globally
- Address customer concerns and work with internal teams including marketing, product, and supply chain
- Collaborate with sales leadership to develop strategic account plans
- Manage and own requests for information, requests for proposals and other account requests
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics
- Assist field sales employees with sales strategies and presentations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- 6-8 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- Requires specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise in own job discipline or field
- Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data
- Proficient using Microsoft Office Suite products
